What's Your Return Policy?
Everything is backed by the Leave It Better guarantee - if you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, send it back within 14 days and we'll refund the purchase (minus shipping fees).
-Product must be unused
-Must be returned within 14 days of receiving said product
What If I Want To Exchange My Purchase?
Much like our Leave It Better return policy, if you accidentally ordered the wrong item or just want something different, we'll be happy to do a one-time exchange within 14 days.

Where Are Donations From Purchases Made?
The National Park Foundation, which is the official charity arm of the National Parks is the default, though we may run special promotions on products to specific Public Land areas in need of help. Portions may also go towards Leave It Better events locally to help pay for supplies and promotional needs for the event.
How much do you actually donate?
Minimum of 5% of the profits from every purchase is donated. Additional funds are taken to purchase materials and for promotional use of clean-up events.As we grow, we hope to do much, much more.
What If I Want To Carry Your Products In My Store?

I love the name! Can I use "Adventure Responsibly" for my own use or merchandise?
Glad to hear! Adventure Responsibly is a registered trademark with the US Patent and Trademark office as it is the name of our small business. We can certainly look into licensing options if you would like. Of course, feel free to use the hashtag #adventureresponsibly to support the message and our brand.
Where Is Your Company Located?
We are born and raised in the great state of Utah! We spend a good portion of our free time outdoors and have found Utah the perfect place to be - we might be a bit biased though.
Why charge for shipping?
Due to recent issues with the postal service, we have determined it is in everyone's best interest to apply a shipping option that allows tracking. Too many lost or delayed orders results in frustration for everyone. The good news is we do give free shipping, trackable shipping on all orders $19.99 and up!
When Will My Order Ship?
We're glad you're excited to get your order! Typically we send orders out within 1 to 2 business days.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
That usually depends on the shipping method you choose. Most standard USPS orders arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping.
What If I Think My Package Is Lost In The Mail?
Neither rain nor hail nor snow can stop the mail, right? Well, we know that's not always the case. If you believe your package has been lost, please be sure to contact us so we can sort something out for you.
Why Don't You Ship Internationally?
We are currently working on the best solution for international shipping and have opened up shipping to our great friends in the North; Canada. Shipping from the US overseas does not provide tracking at an affordable rate. We'll update this once we find the best solution!
